Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
ProNuoto and ProNuoto de México AC take very seriously the intellectual and industrial property rights. We also ask our users to respect them. In accordance to our Terms of Service (Términos y Condiciones de Uso) and in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, ProNuoto may delete the Content shown in our services and/or disable or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of ProNuoto and others.
The Content shown in our Sites, is available for anyone who accepts our Terms and Conditions but not necessarily is available for download or use. People who enter our Sites are able to copy electronically, or print, sections of our websites for informative and non lucrative purposes only. It is strictly forbidden any other use, unless there is a written contract or permission, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, publication, republication, exhibition or merchandising of the websites Content.
It is also strictly forbidden, to copy the Contents of our Sites to be shown on third party sites, unless who is copying the Content, is the owner or responsible of such information.
It is important to mention, that most of the Content shown in our Sites, is submitted by our users, and is property of their respective owners.
Thanks to our mark and intellectual property protection service providers, as well as our own network monitoring systems, we are able to monitor almost the entire Internet to inspection very closely, any misuse of the Content, either in our own servers and networks, as well on third party equipment, servers or networks. Although we have this faculty, neither ProNuoto or ProNuoto de México, are imposed to make such monitoring or inspection.

- a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
- a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Sites, with enough detail that we may find it on the web site;
- a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner.
We will delete the Content that violates your rights and inform the user who submitted the Content about the committed infraction.
